Financial Information

All fees are calculated according to anesthesia time.  The fee may be estimated based on your treating dentist’s estimated operating time, which will vary with the surgical complexity, medical condition, and course of recovery of the patient.  The fee for anesthesia includes all pre-anesthesia evaluations, consultations with physicians, medications, supplies, anesthetic care and recovery. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment in our schedule. The balance of your invoice will be paid at the time of the appointment.
