2 regular dental exams (1st year 1 comprehensive exam in place of regular exam)
2 dental cleanings
All necessary x rays (Cone Beam NOT included)
2 Fluoride applications
IO pics
Periodontal assessment 1x a year at exam
Oral cancer screening 2x a year at exam
*Discount for restorative, Scaling and Root Planing, cosmetic, endodontics, crown and bridge, implants and sealants. Whitening is excluded. All products are excluded.
